The Regional Vice President for Africa of the World Bank Group’s International Finance Corporation (IFC), Mr. Sergio Pimenta, paid a visit to ACTIVA Assurances’ head office on Tuesday January 16, 2024, where he met with Mr. Richard LOWE, Founder and CEO of Groupe Activa, to review the results of the partnership between the two entities and discuss priorities for private sector development in Cameroon.

During this fruitful meeting, Mr PIMENTA expressed his satisfaction with the results achieved by Groupe ACTIVA thanks to the partnership with IFC. Mr. LOWE, for his part, expressed his satisfaction at the progress made thanks to this strategic partnership. He emphasized that IFC had played a key role in the development of the ACTIVA Group, providing financial support and invaluable technical assistance.

This meeting once again testifies to the shared determination of public and private players to join forces to promote economic growth and improve living conditions for the people of Cameroon.
